Calling all foam-fighting nerds! We are Dagorath, a fighting and crafting festival hosted by the Kingdom of Gwynedd where participants can enter the fantasy and create their own legend!
Whether you are new to foam-fighting, a steeled veteran that wants to come and showcase your skills, or an artisan wanting to increase your skill, we welcome you.

FAQs
Standard Weekend admission opens at 12 PM on Thursday. Troll is open for campers and fighters beginning at 10 AM Friday-Sunday. Yes, fighters can check in as early as 10 AM Friday-Sunday to get their weapons checked. To Troll Check-in! There will be signs pointing you in the correct direction: once you turn into the Fairgrounds Entrance, turn right at the T intersection, and there will be a 10x10 tent near the fighting field. There are many opportunities for fun without fighting for non-combatants! Shops, craft vendors, spectating combat, and even quests are available for folks who don't want to swing a battle-bat or sword. Costumes or "garb" is expected while fighting, but not required. The only fighting permitted at Dagorath uses specific foam weapons. You may bring weapons for costume purposes, but they will be peace-tied for everyone's safety. No firearms are allowed at the Fairgrounds. Yes please! Make sure they stay on leash and provide proof of rabies vaccination at check-in. No ATM on site, but there are some nearby in town. Plan to bring cash to make things easier for vendors and check-in. Some are free, some have a small fee depending on the type of class. Classes with limited spots and/or a fee will require prior reservation at check-in. Reservations are on a first come first serve basis, there will be no refund if you forget to show up for your class within 10 minutes of start. Ask at Troll for what spots are available for your tent, make sure to let them know if you are part of a group of campers. If you have a medical necessity for electricity, we have reserved spots near the outlets for you, let the staff at Troll know your needs. Yes, but the options are limited. Outside food and drink is permitted and encouraged! If you want to purchase alcohol, please have your ID at check-in to get a wristband. There are spigots for town-filtered water all around the site and plenty of electric outlets as well. No showers, but there will be port-o-castles available. There are lots of overhead lights for navigating at night, but they are not everywhere. Bringing a lantern or flashlight is a good idea! Yes, fires are permitted depending on the County restrictions. Fires must be above-ground in a fire bowl with an extinguisher nearby. No fires on top of the hill, due to the constant breeze.
