GENERAL WAIVER OF RESPONSIBILITY
By participating in this [insert name here] event, hosted by the Kingdom of Gwynedd (“Gwynedd”), I hereby acknowledge and accept the following:

- Personal Responsibility: I agree to remain diligent and exercise caution while on site, understanding that I am solely responsible for my own safety and well-being. I acknowledge that participation in a live contact foam sport requires awareness of potential dangers to my person, and I accept full responsibility for any injuries that may occur.
- Code of Conduct: I agree to abide by the Gwynedd Code of Conduct and understand that if I am found to have failed to do so, my participation in the Event will be revoked and I will be asked to leave the Event premises without any refund.

I acknowledge that persons under the age of 16 are not permitted to participate in the foam-fighting combat activities occurring in the Event. If I am a parent or guardian of a child younger than 18 years of age, I will ensure that said child is under my supervision or that of another parent or guardian of the child at all times.

How to Report Harassment, Safety Concerns, or Medical Emergencies
Anyone can report harassment at any time to Safety Team or to any other member of staff. If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact event staff immediately so that the matter can be handled in an expeditious manner.
If you are experiencing or witness a safety concern or medical emergency, seek out a Medic immediately. Try not to leave someone with an emergency alone; if possible, instruct someone close by to get help. This may include, but is not limited to calling 911, summoning event staff, or just yelling “MEDIC!”. All calls to 911 must be reported to the event staff as quickly as possible after making the call so we can quickly assist emergency responders.
